You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

What are the rules for returning different items?
Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused and, where possible, packaged in their original packaging with the price tag or sticker attached.
- Trying on clothes once is not considered use.
- Books, CDs, DVDs, games, and cosmetics may only be returned in unopened packaging.
- Some items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Products that have been customized according to your specifications
- Items that are clearly personal in nature or cannot be returned due to their nature.
- Audio and video recordings and computer software if the seal has been broken.
- Size/color exchange!
Do you want to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color? You can return your order within the cooling-off period. And you can simply place your new order as usual. An order for the same item in a different size or color is considered a new order.
Are there any costs associated with returning an item?
Yes, returns are at your own expense.
