- Lab10streetwear has a well-publicized complaints procedure and will handle complaints in accordance with this complaints procedure.
- Complaints regarding the performance of the agreement must be submitted to Lab10streetwear fully and clearly described within 7 days after the customer has received the order.
- Complaints submitted to us will be answered within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, we will respond within 14 days with an acknowledgement of receipt and an indication of when the customer can expect a more detailed response.
- If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute resolution procedure.
- In case of complaints, a customer should first contact retour-goederen.nl.
- A complaint does not suspend the obligations of retour-goederen.nl, unless retour-goederen.nl indicates otherwise in writing.
- If a complaint is found to be justified by retour-goederen.nl, we will, at our discretion and if possible, replace or repair the delivered products free of charge, or refund (part of) the amount paid.
2. Our Offer and the Agreement
Offer
- Everything we offer on our site is collectively referred to as the Offer.
- The Offer always includes a clear description of the products offered. The physical product you ultimately receive may vary slightly – in both shape and color – from the products as published on our website.
- Furthermore, the Offer is only valid while supplies last. We reserve the right to impose specific conditions on a particular Offer, such as a limited validity period. Such specific conditions only apply if explicitly communicated prior to placing an order.
The agreement - The agreement is concluded when you have accepted the offer and the conditions set are met.
- After you have accepted the offer by ordering through the website, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail.
- Until payment has been received in full, the goods remain the property of retour-goederen.nl

4. The price and payment
Price
- The Lab10streetwear website lists the prices of the products on offer. These prices always include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated.
- Obvious or obvious errors in the price quote, such as obvious inaccuracies, can also be corrected by Lab10streetwear after the Agreement has been concluded.
- For shipments within the Netherlands, shipping costs are €6.95, for Belgium €9.95 and for Germany €12.95.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Wadden Islands.
Payment
- Every payment is processed immediately and in full when you place your order. We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, and Klarna (pay later).
- We take all reasonable steps to ensure the security of your online transactions. Our secure system handles further payment processing and ensures encrypted handling of your bank details. The necessary security measures are provided via SSL.
5. Delivery and execution
- Lab10streetwear will take the utmost care when receiving and fulfilling product orders. The delivery address is the address you provided when placing your order.
- Our delivery estimate is for orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM, delivered tomorrow, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. We do our utmost to deliver your order within this timeframe. In rare cases, your order may take a little longer to arrive due to force majeure.
- If delivery is delayed or if an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will then, of course, have the option to cancel the agreement free of charge.
- After termination in accordance with the previous paragraph, we will refund the amount you have already paid within 14 calendar days.
6. Warranty
- The entrepreneur guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability, and the legal provisions and/or government regulations in force on the date the agreement is concluded. If agreed, the entrepreneur also guarantees that the product is suitable for other than normal use.
- An additional guarantee provided by the entrepreneur, its supplier, manufacturer or importer never limits the statutory rights and claims that the consumer can assert against the entrepreneur under the agreement if the entrepreneur has failed to fulfil its part of the agreement.
- An extended warranty is understood to mean any obligation of the entrepreneur, its supplier, importer or manufacturer in which it grants the consumer certain rights or claims that go beyond what it is legally obliged to do in the event that it has failed to fulfil its part of the agreement.
7. Personal data
- The information you provide is necessary for processing and completing orders. Providing incorrect or false personal information is considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Your personal information will be processed solely in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Disputes and applicable law
- Let's hope disputes never arise. Should they, however, arise, the Parties will endeavor to amicably resolve any disputes arising from the agreement concluded between them. The Parties will strive for a reasonable interpretation of the agreement and the Terms and Conditions. If no solution can be found within a reasonable period, Dutch law will apply exclusively, and the Dutch courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
- The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is expressly excluded.
